Strategic and Business Planning

Gateway has the knowledge and experience to work with for-profit, not-for-profit and public entities and their Boards of Directors to foster a healthy, productive and fully functional organization.  The staff has experience managing employees of all sized organizations, as well as experience working for and with boards of directors.

This service includes guidance through mission building, goal setting, development of a strategic plan and fund development, and can be easily tailored to the needs of any organization.
