Erica Dobreff Transitions to Consultant Role

Erica Dobreff has transitioned from her role as President of Kansas City Equity Fund and Gateway CDFI to a Consultant for both organizations. John Kennedy, President and CEO of St. Louis Equity Fund, will assume the role of President of both organizations.

Erica joined Kansas City Equity Fund in 2006 after serving eight years with the Missouri Housing Development Commission, the last four as Executive Director. She has also served as the Executive Director of the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation and in a consulting capacity for the Housing Department of the City of Kansas City, Missouri and the University of Missouri, Kansas City.

Erica will remain involved in Gateway’s consulting practice and work closely with John and Jaycee Greene, Gateway’s Community Development Lender, to continue our work in the communities we serve. She will also continue to serve on the Board of Gateway CDFI, representing the Kansas City Target Market.
