Gateway Welcomes New Participants to its Loan Pool

We are pleased to welcome Banterra Bank, F&M Bank and Providence Bank to the St. Louis Participation Loan Pool. Gateway currently administers Participation Loan Pools for the purpose of creating or preserving affordable housing in its target markets, the St. Louis and Kansas City metropolitan regions. Loan pool products include permanent first mortgage financing, purchase, rehab and construction loans.  Gateway currently has commitments totaling $5,550,000 in the St. Louis Loan Pool and $1,00,000 in the Kansas City Pool. Other participants include Arvest Bank, Capitol Federal, Carrollton Bank, Citizens National Bank of Greater St. Louis, Enterprise Bank & Trust, Equity Bank, FCB BANKS, First Bank, Jefferson Bank & Trust, Midland States Bank, Midwest BankCentre,  and TIAA.
