Governance

Gateway is overseen by an independent Board of Directors consisting of professionals in the affordable housing and lending industries. The Board meets quarterly and reviews the status and current activities of Gateway, all lending activities and financial statements. The Board has established a Loan Committee which reviews and approves all loan applications. In addition, a Loan Committee for each Participation Loan Pool is established as each loan pool is created.
